Possibly due to the current state of the world, I’ve found myself recently drawn back into the world of Dragonlance in a way that I hadn’t experienced since high school. Tanis, Raistlin, Caramon, Sturm, Tasslehoff, Flint, Goldmoon, Riverwind, and Tika. These characters have lived in my mind and heart for decades now. Going on this adventure nostalgic again, after so many years, is just the greatest escape. I’m really loving it all over again.
I’m almost finished with the first book, Dragons of the Autumn Twilight by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman, but still had to pick up this beautiful collection of the original three stories.
These days, I have to read more on my Kindle than in physical format, but I still love to collect the books themselves. Even though this one doesn’t have some of that classic Dragonlance artwork of the paperbacks, I truly appreciate that the print in this volume is easier on the eyes.
