John Williams and Steven Spielberg Reunite for Mysterious UFO Film

Well here’s some great news I didn’t know I needed. According to an article in Variety, John Williams will be scoring the next Steven Spielberg film! I honestly can’t imagine a Spielberg film without a John William’s soundtrack.

I’ve found almost nothing about the plot for this new Spielberg UFO movie. There is a part of me that would love for it to have some connection to Close Encounters of the Third Kind, but I doubt that will be the case. Can’t imagine that sort of information being kept under wraps.

This will be the 30th collaboration between the Spielberg and Williams.

I’m really looking forward to this film. I’m even more intrigued by the fact that so little info has been released yet.
