Anyway, check out the high speed action and suspense in this new trailer for Bullet Train Explosion, directed by Shinji Higuchi, director of Shin Ultraman and co-director of Shin Godzilla.
Bullet Train Explosion is about a group of criminals who strap bombs to a Japanese bullet train to extort money from the government.
If this looks familiar, it’s because it’s a remake of a 1975 film The Bullet Train starring Ken Takakura, which was also the inspiration for the 1991 film Speed starring Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock.
It seems some formulas never die. Honestly, it’s a good formula. Looking forward to watching the new film and revisiting the 1975 movie.
