I’m sitting having coffee on the couch this morning. My 9 year old son comes over and sits down next to me with his iPad. “Dad, can I show you something?”
He opens up YouTube and pulls up animated short film called “Gruff.”
My son says “I’ve been following it’s creation for a while. It took the guy over 2 years and it’s all made from paper.”
Man, it’s a good one.
Gruff is a a handmade, paper short film, made by a creator on YouTube called Righteous Robot, about the people in your life that you know you love, but aren’t exactly verbal about it.
The creator said he made it after the passing of his father and this was how he processed it. It is truly beautiful. Give it a watch and be prepared to for some tears.
