Man, I needed this little bit of Godzilla today. Check out the trailer for season 2 of the Apple TV+ Series ‘Monarch: Legacy of Monsters.”

What do you think? It’s actually a pretty good trailer. Looks like everyone is back and we’ve got a huge new aquatic titan boss for Kong and Godzilla to battle.

It also looks like Kong and Godzilla are here, but I get the feeling that they are sidelined most of the show, per as usual in this series. And that’s okay, I guess. I get it. I imagine it’s cheaper to create your own kaiju.

I wonder what the per minute cost breakdown of Godzilla or Kong SFX is?

‘Monarch: Legacy of Monsters” season 2 premieres Feb. 27th on Apple TV+. The wait is almost over.
