So we have a streaming date now. Feb 27, 2026. Seems so far off. The trailer is truly a teaser as it doesn’t reveal very much. Some sort of new aquatic tentacle monster. People running and screaming. People looking. King Kong doing his best Universal Studio Tour ride impression.

I’m very glad to see Anna Sawai, Kurt Russell, and Wyatt Russell all returning. The fact that Wyatt plays the younger version of his Dad is reason alone for this show to exist.

Noticeably absent from the trailer is Godzilla though. Hopefully that changes in the next one. I appreciate King Kong and all they do with him, but after the last movie, I kinda need a Kong break until Godzilla x Kong: Supernova.
