Cinematic Point Of View

I’m loving the amount of new zombie or post apocalyptic movies releasing in the near future. It’s the kind of movie that helps me personally cope with the world at large. Check out the trailer for the new horror / thriller ‘We Bury The Dead’ (2026) starring Daisy Ridley. Daisy’s character plays a woman searching for her husband who was in Tasmania at the time of the outbreak.

The trailer suggests that not everyone rises from the grave. Perhaps some remain dead, while others return as zombies in a strangely subdued, almost passive state, rather than the usual snarling, blood-hungry hordes.

Looks like ‘We Bury The Dead’ should be hitting theaters in January of 2026. Can’t wait to see it!
