The premise looks simple. A zombie apocalypse breaks out during a party with a group of drag queens and club kids. The setup is ripe for social commentary and plenty of campy, gory fun.
George Romero’s original Dawn of the Dead and Day of the Dead were my favorites growing up and it’s really cool to see George’s daughter following in his footsteps.
The film stars Katy O’Brian, Jack Haven, and Riki Lindhome and is set to release in the U.S. on October 24, 2025.
