The Predator: Badlands official trailer has landed! I know there’s been a lot of talk about the look of the new Predator, and based on the first teaser trailer, I wasn’t too excited. This new official trailer has me feeling much more hopeful that director Dan Trachtenberg delivers an entertaining Predator movie.
The story of Predator: Badlands revolves around a young Predator, outcast from his clan for being a runt, who finds an unlikely friend on his first big hunt.
I like the idea of making the Predator the main character. Gives the franchise room to explore all sorts of ideas. Different planets. More creatures and culture. Maybe another Aliens / Predator crossover?
Starring Elle Fanning and Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi, Predator: Badlands hits theaters November 2025.
