Nothing too original here but all the right elements for a good distraction. Kevin Bacon in musician mode. Demons. Bloody humor. Mystery. Road trips. A touch of grief.
I imagine the boardroom pitch meeting went like this. “Just take the Supernatural formula and add Bacon. Who doesn’t love bacon?”
