Cinematic Point Of View

This film was not on my radar at all. Check out the excellent and very intriguing trailer the 2024 French science fiction drama “Meanwhile on Earth.”

The films stars Megan Northam as Elsa, a young woman grieving the loss of her brother Franck, an astronaut who disappeared during one of his missions to space. One day Elsa is apparently contacted by a dark and disturbing alien life form claiming the ability to bring her brother back to Earth, but at a significant cost.

The film is directed by Jérémy Clapin, known for the very intersting animated film “I Lost My Body.”
